1. DATA PROCESSING

Your data is communicated to VINTAGERIA VENEZIA SNC DI WILLIAM SFRIZZO & C. based in Via Colombo 16, 30035 Mirano (VE) - VAT number IT04579320278. The person responsible for privacy and data processing is Paolo Danesin who can be contacted at [email protected]

The data management criteria are based on the rules governing privacy (Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Privacy Code" and EU Regulation 679/2016 "GDPR") and, more generally, on the principles of transparency, confidentiality and correctness. The collected data cannot be disclosed to third parties unless you explicitly give permission to do so.

2. NEWSLETTER

Through the "newsletter" tool we regularly send to the registered addresses:

- information relating to our commercial activity;

- general information relating to our areas of interest (sustainable fashion, history of costume and entertainment);

- news on events that concern us;

- promotional messages and offers.

To subscribe you will need to explicitly accept to receive this type of communication.

The newsletter is managed with Mailchimp and your email address is stored on Mailchimp's servers and, periodically, in the backups of the list. Here you can read the Mailchimp privacy policy:

https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

Mailchimp, like any platform for managing newsletters, gives information on who opens the newsletters and clicks on the links. We use this information to understand if we are writing interesting things for the reader and to adjust accordingly. For your information:

- if you do not want anyone who sends you a newsletter to know that you have opened it, read the newsletter without downloading the images;

- if you do not want your clicks on the links of a newsletter to be tracked, copy the links, even better if from the text-only version, and open them directly in the browser.

You can stop receiving the newsletter at any time, through the link at the bottom of each message.

We will continue to send you newsletters until you decide to opt out of your subscription.

When you sign up or unsubscribe, we will be notified by email.

N.B. After unsubscribing, Mailchimp still keeps the data of the former subscribers to avoid being able to force their re-entry into the mailing list. However, if you want the definitive and immediate cancellation of your data you can ask for it when unsubscribing.
