& Returns

1. SHIPPING

The order will be shipped according to the availability of the product visible on the website at the moment of the purchasing.

In addition, in the event of exceptional situations relating to computer errors or simultaneous purchases, we reserve the right not to process orders. In this case, we will contact with you, providing instructions on how to choose another article or how to be refunded.

Costs of shippings are the following: 

Italy: 5,90€, free for orders over 49€

Western Europe (only Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Danmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain): 8,90€, free for orders over 59€

Eastern Europe and other European Countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, UK): 10,90€, free for orders over 59€

USA: 21,90€, free for orders over 99€

other countries: 31,90€, free for orders over 99€.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We're trying to take care of every detail in order to reduce our carbon footprint.

We only use biodegradable, recycled and recyclable packaging material. Besides, the same boxes we use for deliveries can be easily used for returns (even if we want to discourage the abuse of an extra delivery: please, carefully check measurements of every piece before purchase!).

In the absence of a real green supply chain in the delivery industry, we started a partnership with the Eden Reforestation Projects and we're planting a tree for every shipment we do.

All orders will be shipped the day after the order is placed. During Bank Holidays or weekends, the item will be shipped on the first working day, after placing the order.

The estimated shipping time are:

- Europe: standard shipping takes 3 to 5 working days

- worldwide standard shipping takes 6 to 10 working days

The given delivery times are an approximate, based weather conditions and normal traffic. Unfortunately, COVID-19 pandemic may cause some delays in transit. If for any reason the delivery deadlines cannot be met, the customer will be informed immediately so that he can decide whether to continue with the process transaction.

Remember that the maximum delivery time, according to current legislation is 30 days.


2. EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS


RETURN POLICY

First of all, remember that you are buying second hand clothes, small defects are expected and, if there are some, they are thoroughly described on each item page.

Before placing an order, read carefully and thoroughly the mesurements and the description of each item: each shipment has its carbon footprint, which we only try to balance a little by planting a tree for every one of them. So think about it when you're considering a return.

Having said that, we accept refunds only if requested within 30 days from delivery at customer destination and the returned item must have all our labels still attached. Please note that shipping costs are refunded only in case the item has a major fault which was not shown in the pictures and/or described in the product page. 

To proceed with a refund, please contact us on Whatsapp, Telegram or by email to info@vintageria.it, providing your name, surname and order number.


CANCELLATIONS

Bearing in mind that Vintageria will ship the product as soon as possible, in case of cancellation after the item has already been shipped, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.


FAULTY ITEMS

When you receive a faulty item, please contact us on Whatsapp, Telegram or by email to info@vintageria.it, providing your name, surname and order number. It is important that you send us pictures of the fault that was not described on the item page of our website.

As soon as we receive all the information and we're able to confirm our mistake, we will ask you to send back the faulty item.

Once the item (with our label still attached) is received at our warehouse and our team is able to verify the problem, we will cover the cost of the shipment up to 15€ (or the equivalent in your country currency). On the other end, if the fault was already described in the item page on line, we will consider it as a simple return and we will only refund the cost of the item itself.
